Q&A

Q. How can I join the DRESSdio platform?

A. To join the DRESSdio platform, click the "Sign Up" button on the homepage, fill in the required information, and agree to the terms and conditions. General users can sign up immediately, but creators and influencers, who have roles in content production, need to submit additional information (e.g., credentials, portfolio). The registration is complete after review and approval by the operations team.

Q. What are the differences between NFTs issued by DRESSdio?

A.

DRESSdio's NFTs are broadly categorized into Design & Artwork NFTs and Product NFTs.

  • Design & Artwork NFT::

    • Design NFTs: NFTs that contain the shape of fashion products, such as clothing and accessories, allowing users to choose from a variety of fashion product designs.

    • Artwork NFTs: NFTs that contain an artist's original creation to be added to a fashion product, allowing users to apply their favorite artwork to the Design NFT of their choice.

    • Trading (future plans): Design & Artwork NFTs are issued on a **public chain (Polygon)** and traded with DRESS tokens.

  • Product NFT: The core NFT of DRESSdio that provides a one-time delivery of a physical product.

    • Custom NFT: NFTs created by combining Design NFTs and Artwork NFTs for use by individual consumers. These NFTs are issued on a private chain, and are entitled to a one-time delivery of a physical fashion item corresponding to the created NFT. They are only traded with DP tokens.

    • Merchandise NFTs: NFTs intended for sale by influencers and retailers in collaboration with creators and producers, which may be produced in conjunction with brands. Buyers receive a one-time delivery of a related physical fashion item, issued on a private chain and traded in DP tokens.

Q. How can I obtain DP tokens?

A. DP tokens can be obtained by swapping DRESS tokens for DP tokens through the bridge on the DRESSdio platform. DP tokens are pegged to a fixed value of 10 KRW and are primarily used within the platform to provide a seamless user experience.

Q. How do token swaps work?

A.Token swaps between DRESS and DP tokens are conducted through the user's blockchain wallet within the DRESSdio platform's bridge function. The user selects the linked DRESS token, inputs the desired amount of DP tokens, and the swap is automatically processed within the wallet.

Q. Can NFTs generated on DRESSdio be used on other platforms?

A. Product NFTs (Custom and Merchandise NFTs) can only be used and traded within the DRESSdio platform as they are issued on a private chain and traded with DP tokens.

Design & Artwork NFTs, on the other hand, will be issued on a public chain (Polygon) in the future and traded with DRESS tokens, making them available for trading on the secondary market.

Q. What fees are incurred when issuing NFTs?

A. Network fees and platform fees are incurred when issuing NFTs.

  • Design & Artwork NFTs issued on the public chain (Polygon) are paid for with DRESS tokens.

  • Product NFTs issued on private chains are paid with DP tokens. However, among Product NFTs, only Merchandise NFTs intended for sale are charged a fee when created.

Q. When will I receive physical products after purchasing a ProductNFT?

A. When you purchase a Product NFT, the physical product is typically shipped within 2-4 weeks of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the manufacturing schedule for that product, and you'll be notified via email when it's shipped.

Q. How can I check the NFTs I have purchased?

A. Purchased NFTs can be checked in the "My NFTs" section within the DRESSdio platform via the linked blockchain wallet. The ownership and transaction history are transparently recorded on the blockchain.

Q. Is it possible to get a refund after purchasing an NFT?

A. All NFT transactions on DRESSdio are final, and refunds are generally not possible. Buyers should carefully review and confirm before completing a transaction. However, in the case of specific errors, customer support can be contacted to discuss possible resolutions.
