DRESSdio is a platform that allows creators, such as fashion designers and artists, to create their own fashion products (Design NFTs) and artwork (Artwork NFTs) as digital assets, and issue and sell them as blockchain-based NFTs. This guide helps creators easily understand the entire process from signing up to the platform, creating designs, issuing NFTs, and selling them (with future plans).
02. Creator-Exclusive Registration and Interface
Registration and Verification Process
Creator Registration:
To join the DRESSdio platform as a creator, you need to prove your qualifications. During the registration process, submit information that verifies your status as a creator (e.g., professional background, portfolio). The provided information will be reviewed by the platform's operations team, and your registration will be approved based on the review.
Different Interface:
General users and creators are provided with different interfaces and functions according to their roles on the platform. Creators have access to unique tools and features related to content creation.
Login and Wallet Connection
After approval, you can log in to the DRESSdio platform and connect a blockchain wallet (e.g., ABC Wallet, MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet). Wallet connection is essential for NFT issuance and transactions.
03. From NFT Creation to Sales
Design & Artwork NFT Creation:
Design NFT Creation:
Design NFTs based on various fashion products (clothing, accessories, etc.) can be issued on a public chain (Polygon). Creators upload their fashion products (designs) as digital files and issue Design NFTs based on them. In this case, it is not just a sketch or an illustration, but specific raw material information, size, pattern, work instructions, etc. that can be produced independently.
The Design NFT acts as a digital canvas in the form of a fashion product, which can be customized by other users based on the NFT.
Design NFT usage fee: You can set the usage fee for influencers or consumers to use Design NFTs, and the detailed criteria and methodology for setting the usage fee can be found in the separate Creator Guide.
Artwork NFT Creation:
Works created by artists in various fields include graphics, characters, photos, videos, music, literature, content, and more. However, the artist's original work is converted into a form that can be combined with Design NFTs through a conversion process. These converted Artwork NFTs can then be issued on the public chain (Polygon). Creators upload their artwork as digital files, convert them into Artwork NFTs, and publish them.
Artwork NFTs contain various graphic elements (patterns, images, logos, etc.) that can be applied to Design NFTs, allowing users to select these graphics to design their own fashion items.
Artwork NFT usage fee: Artwork NFT usage fee is charged when an influencer or consumer uses an Artwork NFT, and the detailed criteria and methodology of the usage fee is set by referring to a separate Creator Guide.
NFT Minting and Creation Fees:
Mnting NFTs:
Creators need to pay a minting fee to create Design NFTs and Artwork NFTs, which is paid in DRESS tokens on the public chain. The minted NFTs are recorded on the Polygon network.
NFT Listing (Future Plans)
Listing:
Once minted, NFTs can be listed and sold on the DRESSdio marketplace. During this process, you can set the sale price of your NFT and specify the terms of the sale (e.g. auction, fixed price).
Creators can manage the status of their listed NFTs and view the transaction history in real-time while the sale is in progress.
NFT Sales (Future Plans)
Sales:
When a buyer purchases an NFT, the transaction is automatically executed via a smart contract. Once the transaction is complete, ownership of the NFT is transferred to the buyer, and the proceeds from the sale are sent to the creator's wallet.
The transaction history of the NFT sold is permanently recorded on the blockchain, giving creators transparent visibility into their sales performance.

Produce unique and trendy designs and artwork that can attract users' interest. This is a crucial factor for successful sales.
